# Pricing — Minerva Data Solutions

Minerva sells paid proofs, then implementation and annual operation of Minervaly document workflows. Amounts exclude taxes. The paid proof is not production.

## Essential — entry for one concrete process

### Workflow Proof — €2,500, three weeks

A bounded workflow with representative data, one document family, and manual upload or an existing connector.

Deliverables:

- Process map
- Specification
- Functional proof
- Evaluation
- Production recommendation

The proof does not include new connectors, SLA or custom development. VPC and on-premise need a specific scope and budget; they are not part of the €2,500 proof.

- Implementation total: €9,500, including the proof
- Remaining balance after the proof: €7,000
- Recurring operation: €7,200 / year thereafter (equivalent to €600 / month with an annual commitment)

## Operate — alternative when complexity is higher

### Portfolio Proof — €4,500, four weeks

One main proof and up to two adjacent demonstrations.

Final standard scope after implementation: one productive workflow and up to two validated in staging. This is not a promise of three productive workflows.

- Implementation total: €18,500, including the proof
- Remaining balance after the proof: €14,000
- Recurring operation: €18,000 / year thereafter

## Proof credit

100% of the proof fee is credited to the matching implementation if continuity is signed within 30 days of delivery. Prior invoices must be paid and the agreed scope must stay the same. The credit is not refundable and cannot be applied to maintenance or consumption.

If the result is No-Go, the work stops with the agreed deliverables. There is no automatic implementation. The proof fee is not refundable.
