Commercial program

Start with a paid proof. Decide with evidence.

Essential is the entry for one concrete process. Operate is the alternative when the work is more complex. Amounts exclude taxes.

Amounts exclude taxes. The paid proof is not production.

Four steps from a conversation to an operating process.

  1. 01

    We review the process.

In 30 minutes we identify the documents, the manual steps and whether a bounded proof makes sense.

  2. 02

We validate it with a paid proof and agreed criteria.

Representative data, one document family, and a written go / no-go at the end.

  3. 03

We decide whether it is worth implementing.

If the result is No-Go, the work stops there. There is no automatic implementation.

  4. 04

We put it into operation and keep following it.

Implementation and annual operation are priced before you continue—not after.

Essential is the entry. Operate is the alternative.

Choose Essential for one concrete process. Choose Operate when complexity or adjacent processes justify a broader proof. The standard Operate outcome is one productive workflow and up to two validated in staging—not three productive workflows.

Amounts exclude taxes. The paid proof is not production.

Entry for one concrete process

Essential

€2,500

Workflow Proof · Three weeks

One bounded workflow with representative data, one document family, and manual upload or an existing connector.

What the proof delivers

  • Process map
  • Specification
  • Functional proof
  • Evaluation
  • Production recommendation

If you continue

Implementation total: €9,500, including the proof.

Remaining balance after the proof: €7,000.

Then operate

€7,200 per year thereafter — equivalent to €600 per month with an annual commitment.

The proof is not production

  • No new connectors
  • No SLA
  • No custom development
  • VPC and on-premise need a specific scope and budget; they are not part of the €2,500 proof

Alternative when complexity is higher

Operate

€4,500

Portfolio Proof · Four weeks

One main proof and up to two adjacent demonstrations. Final standard scope: one productive workflow and up to two validated in staging.

What the proof delivers

  • Process map for the main workflow
  • Specification
  • Functional proof of the main process
  • Up to two adjacent demonstrations
  • Evaluation and production recommendation

If you continue

Implementation total: €18,500, including the proof.

Remaining balance after the proof: €14,000.

Then operate

€18,000 per year thereafter.

The proof is not production

  • It does not promise three productive workflows
  • No new connectors unless they are already in the agreed scope
  • No SLA
  • No custom development
  • VPC and on-premise need a specific scope and budget

Proof credit

100% of the proof fee is credited to the matching implementation if continuity is signed within 30 days of delivery. Prior invoices must be paid and the agreed scope must stay the same. The credit is not refundable and cannot be applied to maintenance or consumption.

What you need to bring

These inputs keep the proof focused and protect both sides from work without ownership, usable data or a decision path.

  • A sufficiently bounded recurring process
  • Real or representative documents that can legally be used
  • One document family for Essential; a main process plus adjacent cases for Operate
  • One process owner and one person available to review decisions and outputs
  • Basic information about volume, current time, errors or incidents
  • A short weekly session during the proof

Straight answers before you buy a proof

The guarantee covers the agreed deliverables. It does not guarantee ROI or error-free operation.

What does the proof buy, and what if the result is No-Go?

You buy the agreed deliverables: map, specification, functional proof, evaluation and recommendation. If the result is No-Go, the work stops there. There is no automatic implementation. The proof fee is not refundable.

What is the total cost if we continue?

Essential: €9,500 implementation including the proof (€7,000 remaining), then €7,200 per year. Operate: €18,500 including the proof (€14,000 remaining), then €18,000 per year. Amounts exclude taxes.

Why is there a recurring operation fee?

After implementation, the workflow has to keep running: hosting, checks, review tools, updates and operational follow-up. Recurrence is the cost of keeping the process in production, not a hidden extra.

What data sample and involvement do you need?

A representative sample of one document family, a process owner, someone who can review outputs, and a short weekly session during the proof. The sample must be legally usable.

What happens with ambiguous cases and errors?

Ambiguous cases and errors go to human review. Your team remains responsible for accepting material results. Minervaly prepares the work and flags exceptions; it does not claim infallibility.

What is the difference between proof and production?

The proof is a bounded test on representative data, with agreed criteria. It is not production. It does not include new connectors, SLA or custom development. Production starts only if you decide to implement.

Does the guarantee cover ROI or zero errors?

No. The guarantee covers the agreed deliverables of the proof, not a guaranteed return and not error-free operation.

Are VPC and on-premise included in the €2,500 proof?

No. VPC and on-premise need a specific scope and budget. They are not part of the Workflow Proof automatically.

Request a 30-minute review

We will identify the documents, the manual steps and whether a bounded proof makes sense.
